There's lots happening for new dispute resolution services for small business people. The Small Business Commissioner (SBC) model is being rolled out across Australia. Explanation of developments.

Membership fees can be paid by credit card on-line. If you choose this method you will be transferred from ICA's website to PayPal's website where your transaction is handled by PayPal within their secure systems. (Please note: only Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted on the PayPal website. American Express cards will be declined.)

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirming e-mail from PayPal. ICA will also receive such notification and will then activate your membership. You will receive an email (within 24 hours) from ICA when your membership is activated.

If you don't wish to use this credit card facility and prefer to make an on-line transfer from your account to ICA, payment should be made to:

You will still need to complete Step 1 on the form below, and advise us of your on-line transfer. [Please send us an e-mail.] Please be aware that this payment method will take longer to verify than credit card, and that it may extend the time before you can access your membership services.
